Ep 7. Frank's Gamble

Frank's Gamble is the seventh episode of the first season of American Pickers. The show follows collectors Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz as they travel across the United States looking for unique and valuable antiques and collectibles.

In this episode, Mike and Frank are in Arizona, where they discover a collection of cars and car parts owned by a man named Frank. Frank is a bit of a gambler, and he's willing to let go of his prized possessions for the right price.

Mike and Frank are interested in a 1935 Auburn, a car that was once worth over $100,000. They also come across a 1938 Ford that Frank has modified to resemble a 1940 Ford. Frank is willing to let both cars go, but he wants a price that Mike and Frank aren't sure they're willing to pay.

As they continue to negotiate with Frank, they come across other interesting items in his collection, including a 1940 Indian Chief motorcycle and a 1931 Model A. They also discover a 1930s gas pump that Frank is willing to let go of, but they need to find a buyer for it.

Throughout the episode, Mike and Frank struggle with whether or not they are willing to take Frank's gamble and pay the high prices he's asking. They know that they could make a lot of money by selling the cars and other items from Frank's collection, but they also know that there's a risk involved.

Ultimately, Mike and Frank decide to take Frank's gamble and make the purchases. They find a buyer for the gas pump, and they are able to sell the Auburn and the modified Ford for a profit.

The episode ends with Mike and Frank on the road again, looking for their next big score.
