Aaron is told that nobody is allowed to enter the hospital. Paul refuses to agree to let Rick escape. Margo works out why Rick has poisoned everybody. Meg sees another vision of Sofie and believes that she is trying to kill her. Rick issues a threat to Margo. Rick puts the guard watching Casey out of action. Aaron hides in an ambulance so that he can get into the hospital. Chris tries out the antidote he has been working on. Rick takes Meg hostage so that he can escape when Paul shows up in a helicopter to try and rescue her.
