Chris tells Margo that he is sure the antidote will work on everyone. Rick fires a shot at Aaron after he manages to get into the hospital. Margo is forced to allow Rick to leave and he also takes Alison with him. Bob gives Chris' antidote to everyone. Chris attempts to save Alison from Rick's clutches and Rick ends up being arrested. Chris learns that Susan was poisoned by Rick but there is no antidote left. Alison suffers with a nightmare whilst she is asleep. Casey wants to see Emily.
