Ep 3. Ton's Got a Gun

In the third episode of Auction Hunters' first season, titled Ton's Got a Gun, the dynamic duo of Ton Jones and Allen Haff take on another round of intense bidding wars as they attempt to strike gold in storage unit auctions.

The episode opens with Ton and Allen getting ready for a day of bidding before setting off to meet their competition at a massive storage facility in Southern California. As the auction begins, the pair go head-to-head with several other bidders, determined to come out on top and snag the best storage units.

Their first win of the day lands them a locker full of guns, ammunition and other weaponry. Although neither Ton nor Allen are experts in the field, they have sold firearms before and see the potential in the locker's contents. They quickly seek out the help of a local gun expert to help them assess the value of their finds.

After a thorough examination, the expert determines that the locker contains several rare and valuable guns, raising their potential earnings substantially. However, the pair still face a few hurdles, including strict Californian gun laws and the high costs of storage and transport.

Determined not to let these obstacles stand in their way, Ton and Allen work to find a buyer for their guns and eventually strike a deal that more than makes up for their initial investment in the locker.

The next unit they win proves to be a bit more challenging - filled to the brim with old bikes, motorcycles, and car parts. Although Ton and Allen both have a love for vintage vehicles, they quickly learn that many of the items in the locker are not in working condition, and will require a lot of time and effort to restore.

Despite this setback, they discover a rare vintage motorcycle in the locker that could bring in a big profit if properly restored and sold. With the help of a mechanic friend, they begin the long process of bringing the old bike back to life.

Finally, the pair come across a locker filled with vintage movie memorabilia. After discovering a few old posters, they turn to a local expert who confirms their suspicion that the locker contains several valuable items, including original costumes from classic movies.

As they pore through the locker's contents, Ton and Allen can't help but geek out over the rare pieces of Hollywood history they've found. However, as they begin to gauge the value of these items, they realize that their authenticity may be called into question, and that finding interested buyers may also be a challenge.

Ultimately, Ton and Allen face several challenges throughout the episode, but their tenacity and resourcefulness allow them to turn each obstacle into an opportunity. With their hard work and determination, they are able to make big profits on all three of the units they win, reaffirming their status as elite auction hunters.
