Everyone Wants To Be The Hotshot is the third episode of the third season of BattleBots, a popular American television series that features remote-controlled machines fighting each other in a bulletproof arena. The show has gained a cult following over the years due to its intense action and dramatic moments, and this episode doesn't disappoint in either regard.

The episode begins with the introduction of the various robots that are going to be fighting in this round. Each team prepares their bot with different strategies and designs, and the anticipation is high as they enter the arena. The hosts of the show, Chris Rose and Kenny Florian, provide lively commentary on the proceedings, explaining the strengths and weaknesses of each bot and predicting who might come out on top.

The first fight of the episode sees two experienced teams go head-to-head. Skorpios, a robot with an interchangeable weapon system, takes on Lucky, a new-and-improved version of last year's bot. The two machines are fairly evenly matched, and a tense back-and-forth battle ensues. Ultimately, though, Skorpios is able to outmaneuver Lucky and deal the final blow, earning a well-deserved victory.

Next up is a match between two very different opponents. RailGun Max, a towering robot with a pneumatic flipper weapon, faces off against Perfect Phoenix, a smaller, more agile machine with a powerful drum spinner. Despite its size disadvantage, Perfect Phoenix holds its own for a while, battering RailGun Max with rapid-fire attacks. However, RailGun Max's weapons eventually prove too much for it to handle, and it is flipped over and out of the arena.

The third fight of the episode is a more lopsided affair, as Mammoth, a gigantic robot with a grappling hook, takes on Axe Backwards, a bot with a vertically-mounted spinning disc. Mammoth's sheer size and strength prove to be too much for Axe Backwards, and it is quickly immobilized. Mammoth then delivers the coup de grace, using its grappling hook to lift Axe Backwards high into the air before smashing it back down onto the ground.

The fourth fight sees Whiplash, a highly-acclaimed bot with a horizontal spinner and a lifter weapon, square off against Slap Box, a new robot that uses a unique 'slapping' motion to deal damage. Slap Box surprises everyone by holding its own against Whiplash, using its unorthodox attack style to dodge and weave around its opponent's aggressive thrusts. However, in the end, Whiplash proves too powerful to overcome, and it is able to land a decisive hit that sends Slap Box tumbling out of the arena.

The final fight of the episode is one of the most exciting, as two of the favorites to win the whole competition face off. Hydra, a bot with a powerful hydraulic flipping arm, takes on Huge, an enormous machine with two massive spinning wheels. The two robots approach each other cautiously at first, circling one another and looking for an opening. Then, suddenly, Hydra strikes, flipping Huge into the air and causing it to crash down onto the ground. From that point, Hydra maintains its dominance, flipping Huge over and over again until its wheels become jammed and it is unable to move.

Overall, Everyone Wants To Be The Hotshot is a thrilling episode of BattleBots, with plenty of action-packed fights and unexpected outcomes. Whether you're a die-hard fan of the show or a newcomer looking to dive into the world of robotic combat, this episode is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
