Ep 5. Help, Help, Don't Save Me

Samantha is excitedly preparing for an upcoming party at the Stephens' house as Darrin is nervous about impressing his boss, Larry Tate. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when Endora, Samantha's mother, drops by unannounced and turns Darrin into a frog. Samantha, irritated at her mother's interference, turns Darrin back into a human before he can be seen.

Feeling embarrassed and helpless, Darrin seeks the help of Aunt Clara, Samantha's bumbling and absent-minded relative. However, Aunt Clara mishandles her spell and turns herself into a bird instead of helping Darrin.

Desperate, Darrin turns to Dr. Bombay, a warlock known for his magical expertise. But, Dr. Bombay is on vacation and sends his inexperienced assistant, Charlie, in his place. Charlie's inexperience proves to be disastrous and he ends up turning Darrin into a chimpanzee.

Meanwhile, Samantha is trying to keep up appearances at the party, but her guests are starting to notice Darrin's absence. Larry Tate grows increasingly suspicious and the situation becomes even more chaotic when a group of chimpanzee researchers show up to study Darrin.

Despite her husband's predicament, Samantha keeps up her cheerful facade, but the situation grows dire when the researchers drug and capture Darrin. Samantha, along with Aunt Clara and Charlie, must rescue him before it's too late.
