Rukia is able to use her experience and skills as a shinigami to take on Raika, while Chad uses his physical strength and spiritual powers to fight off the hollows.
Through their teamwork and determination, Rukia and Chad are able to defeat Raika and put an end to his reign of terror. The humans who were abducted are returned to the world of the living, and Rukia is able to reflect on the importance of helping those in need, even if it means risking her own safety.
