The episode begins with the appearance of the supreme being, who provides Shu with a new power. Shu is confused by the presence of the supreme being and wonders if he is hallucinating. The supreme being tries to convince Shu that he is real, but Shu does not believe him.
Meanwhile, Bouquet and Hippopotamus are on a mission to find a specific key that is needed to open a door in an ancient ruin. They are being chased by soldiers who work for the Grand Kingdom, but they manage to escape by hiding in a nearby cave.
Back to Shu, the supreme being explains that the new power he has given him is the ability to break through the barrier that has been placed around the Gran Kingdom. Shu is skeptical but is pushed into believing it when the supreme being reminds about the other times he helped Shu.
The two factions, Bouquet and Hippopotamus on one side, and the Grand Kingdom on the other, continue to battle it out, with both sides looking to gain an upper hand. The soldiers of the grand Kingdom have increased in number, and things look bleak for Bouquet and Hippopotamus. They find themselves in a tight situation, but eventually, they come across the key they had been searching for.
As they continue on their journey, they encounter an evil dragon, which they manage to defeat with the help of their Blue Dragons. The victory is short-lived, however, as they soon discover that the dragon had been corrupted by the Grand Kingdom and was not evil by nature. They are faced with the same moral dilemma; they are fighting for something they know is right, but at what cost?
Back to Shu, he receives a vision of the future in which the Grand Kingdom is wrapped in darkness, and people are suffering. Shu is determined to prevent this future at all costs and decides to use his new power to break through the barrier and enter the Grand Kingdom.
As Shu makes his way to the Grand Kingdom, he meets up with Jiro and learns that the soldiers of the Grand Kingdom are not brainwashed but are simply following orders. He realizes that if he can defeat the King of the Grand Kingdom, he might be able to make them see the error of their ways.
The episode ends with Shu, Jiro, and the Blue Dragons arriving at the Grand Kingdom, where they are met with a fierce welcome from the soldiers. They stand at the gates of the Kingdom, ready to do whatever it takes to protect the world from evil.
