As the episode begins, police officers Joel Stevens (played by Donnie Wahlberg) and Bobby Smith (played by Mykelti Williamson) are patrolling the busy streets of Los Angeles when they witness a man snatching a purse from a woman and making a getaway on a motorcycle. They must administer the right treatment to ensure his speedy recovery.

With so many incidents happening at the same time, the officers must work together to keep the peace and solve the crimes.
