Born This Way is a reality TV show that follows the lives of young adults with Down Syndrome as they navigate relationships, careers, and independence. In another part of the episode, we see Kitty and her friends, Rachel and John, discussing their individualities during a group therapy session. The session is led by Elena, their therapist, who encourages them to embrace their unique qualities and not limit themselves. Kitty shares that she often feels left out of conversations because she cannot communicate as effectively as others. Elena reminds her that everyone brings something valuable to the table, and that her artistic talents are a special gift that sets her apart.

We also see Sean, a young man with Down Syndrome who works as a DJ, trying to impress his boss by coming up with new and innovative ideas for events. Sean wants to prove to his boss that he is a valuable employee and should be considered for more responsibilities. He pitches his ideas to his boss, who seems impressed, but ultimately decides to go in a different direction. Sean is disappointed, but he keeps a positive attitude and vows to keep thinking outside the box.

Throughout the episode, we see how important it is for each person to embrace their unique talents and not limit themselves based on their disabilities. We see how communication difficulties can be frustrating, but also how there are ways to work around them with support and understanding from others.

The episode culminates with Kitty participating in the art show that she was so worried about. We see her proudly showing off her artwork and interacting with the other artists and attendees. We also see her receiving praise and recognition for her work, which is a huge confidence boost for her.

Overall, "Don't Limit Kitty" is an uplifting and inspiring episode of Born This Way. It highlights the importance of embracing individuality and celebrating unique talents, no matter what challenges a person may face. It also shows the importance of having a support system and being willing to ask for help when needed.
