We see Lewis undergoing tests and treatments to help manage his symptoms.

Finally, we meet Samantha, who was born with a condition called arthrogryposis, which affects her joints and muscles. Her parents, Barbara and Richard, talk about their initial shock and sadness when they learned of her diagnosis, but also the deep love and connection they share with Samantha and the joy she brings into their lives. We see Samantha undergoing physical therapy and learning to use special equipment to help her move around.

Throughout the episode, we also hear from the children themselves, who talk about their hopes and dreams for the future. Despite the challenges they face, all five children are resilient, determined, and full of life.
