In the fourth episode of season two of Burgers, Brew & 'Que, titled Spicy, Salty, and Succulent, host Michael Symon travels to three different cities to explore the best burgers, brews, and barbeque joints.

First, Symon heads to Buffalo, New York, to try out some spicy wings and juicy burgers. At Gabriel's Gate, Symon samples their famous wings and beef on weck sandwich. Next, he visits Buffalo Proper, where he tries their house-made hot sauce and a burger with crispy bacon and blue cheese.

Symon then travels to Austin, Texas, where he visits one of the city's best BBQ spots, Franklin Barbecue. Here, he samples their brisket and sausage, and talks to pitmaster Aaron Franklin about his barbeque techniques. Symon also checks out Austin's craft beer scene at Lazarus Brewing Company, where he enjoys a few pints and some delicious tacos.

Finally, Symon heads to Baltimore, Maryland, to try some unique and succulent dishes at Thames Street Oyster House. Here, he samples their famous lobster roll and a smoked brisket sandwich with pickled onions. Symon also stops by R. House, a food hall that houses a variety of unique vendors, including White Envelope Arepas and Be.bim Korean.

Throughout the episode, Symon chats with local chefs and brewers about their craft and what makes their city's food and drink scene so unique. With mouth-watering dishes and delicious brews, Spicy, Salty, and Succulent will leave audiences hungry for more.
