Ep 7. Broken Rules

Michael's latest client is a woman named Diane, who is seeking his help in rescuing her brother from a group of loan sharks. But as Michael delves deeper into the case, he discovers that there is much more going on than he initially thought. Diane's brother, it turns out, is a bookie who owes a considerable amount of money to a dangerous gangster named Eddie.

Meanwhile, Michael's mother, Madeline, tries to set him up on a date with one of her friends, but Michael is too preoccupied with his work to notice. He also butts heads with his ex-girlfriend and former FBI agent, who is investigating the loan sharking ring that Diane's brother is tangled up in.
