Ep 5. Mountains and Molehills

In season 3 episode 5 of Chicago Med, titled "Mountains and Molehills", the medical staff at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center continue to deal with a variety of complex cases.

The episode kicks off with Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) coming across a patient who has been hit by a car. However, the patient's injuries are not at all what they seem, and Dr. Choi and Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) must work together to determine what is really going on with this patient before it's too late.

Meanwhile, Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) struggles to help a patient who is suffering from a severe case of alcoholism. As he tries to help the patient face his addiction, he must also navigate his own complicated emotions surrounding his ex-wife's recent engagement.

Elsewhere in the hospital, Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Bekker (Norma Kuhling) are at odds once again over a patient's treatment plan. As they argue over the best course of action, the patient's condition worsens, forcing them both to make some tough decisions.

But that's not all - during the course of the episode, several other interesting cases arise, including a woman who may be faking her daughter's illness, a young girl who has been severely burned, and a man who has a mysterious growth on his chest.

As always, Chicago Med delivers a gripping and emotional episode that will leave viewers on the edge of their seats. With strong performances from the entire cast, "Mountains and Molehills" is a must-see for fans of medical dramas everywhere.
