Ep 19. Just a River in Egypt

In season 5 episode 19 of Chicago Med titled "Just a River in Egypt", the doctors and nurses of Gaffney Chicago Medical Center face a variety of challenges as they strive to save the lives of their patients.

The episode opens with Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and Dr. Marcel Rhodes (Dominic Rains) working to save the life of a young girl who has been shot. Elsewhere in the hospital, Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) is tasked with mentoring a new medical student, but quickly learns that the student is not as competent as he had hoped. As Ethan struggles to teach the student the ropes, he must also contend with the aftermath of a deadly car accident that has left multiple victims in critical condition.

As the episode progresses, the various storylines intersect and the doctors and nurses of Chicago Med must work together to save their patients and overcome the challenges that arise. With high stakes and intense drama, "Just a River in Egypt" promises to be a thrilling and emotional episode of Chicago Med.
