Chopped Season 26 Episode 4 Chopped: Impossible, Part 2

In Chopped: Impossible, Part 2, four skilled chefs compete against each other in a high-pressure cooking competition where they have to use surprise ingredients to create a three-course meal. Host Ted Allen introduces the chefs to a panel of judges who will determine the winner of the competition based on taste, creativity, and presentation. Their task is made even more challenging by the fact that they have to incorporate "impossible" ingredients into their dishes. These are ingredients that are notoriously difficult to cook with, like durian fruit, sea urchin roe, and century eggs. Each round offers a new set of challenges as the chefs race against the clock to complete their dishes and present them to the judges. At the end of each round, one chef is "chopped," and the remaining chefs move on to the next round. In the final round, the two remaining chefs have to create a dessert using a basket of dessert ingredients as well as a special "impossible" ingredient chosen by the judges. The winner walks away with a prize of $10,000 and the title of Chopped champion. The episode is filled with drama, tension, and unexpected twists as the chefs showcase their skills and creativity in the kitchen.
