Ep 5. Mussels Mastery & Cotton Candy Can-Do

With only 30 minutes on the clock, the chefs must use their imagination and pastry skills to create a sweet and tasty dish featuring cotton candy. One chef prepares a cotton candy parfait with a homemade candy shell, while the other goes for a more intricate cotton candy spun sugar tower. The judges must decide whose creation delights the senses the most and will be declared the ultimate winner of Chopped.

Throughout the episode, viewers get a glimpse of the competition's rigors and the mental toughness it takes to thrive in such a high-pressure environment. The chefs showcase their culinary talents and problem-solving skills while simultaneously adapting to the judges' different palates.
