Ep 4. Soda Flop

Chopped season 46 episode 4, titled Soda Flop, features four experienced chefs facing off in a competition where they must use all of their culinary skills to create appetizing dishes from a basket of surprise ingredients. The competition is hosted by Ted Allen, who introduces the chefs and explains the rules of the game.

In the first round, the chefs are given 20 minutes to create an appetizer using the mystery ingredients, which include sardines, cherry preserves, kale, and orange soda. This final round is where the chefs must pull out all the stops to impress the judges and create a unique and delicious dessert dish that will win them the grand prize.

At the end of the competition, only one chef will be deemed the Chopped champion and win the prize money.
