Corner Gas Season 5 Episode 2 Spin Cycle

His latest idea is to offer free coffee to anyone who fills up their gas tank, but he quickly discovers that people will do just about anything for free coffee - including filling up their tanks with as little gas as possible. As Brent becomes increasingly frustrated, he turns to his friend and employee, Wanda, for help.

Wanda comes up with a plan to sabotage the laundromat's machines by sending in her boyfriend, Hank, to do his laundry in a way that causes the machines to break down. Initially, the plan seems to be working - the laundromat is plagued with malfunctioning machines and angry customers. However, things take a turn for the worse when Emma's husband, Oscar, gets involved.

Oscar is convinced that the laundromat is responsible for his missing socks and underwear, and he sets out to investigate. His investigation leads him to discover Wanda and Hank's plan to sabotage the machines, and he promptly informs Brent and Emma. Faced with the wrath of their angry customers, Brent and Wanda are forced to come clean about their actions and apologize.

In the end, Brent realizes that trying to compete with the laundromat is a losing battle and decides to focus on his own business instead. Meanwhile, Emma and Lacey make amends with their customers and learn that sometimes, a little kindness goes a long way. The episode ends with the residents of Dog River coming together to enjoy a community potluck dinner, proving that even in the midst of disagreements and rivalries, they are still a close-knit community.
