Crest of the Stars Season 1 Episode 2 Kin of the Stars

Jinto and Lafiel continue their journey aboard the battleship Basroil, heading towards a planet called Gosroth. As they travel, they come across more members of the United Mankind who are hostile towards the Abh people. Jinto, who is half-Abh, struggles to cope with this discrimination and tries to prove himself as a loyal crew member.

Meanwhile, Lafiel's true identity as a member of the royal family is revealed to the crew by her loyal guard, Ekuryua. This causes some tension between her and Jinto as she feels the need to maintain her status and responsibilities, while Jinto just wants to be treated like any other crew member.

The Basroil soon reaches Gosroth and the crew must make their way to the planet's surface to deliver important cargo. However, they encounter resistance from the planet's inhabitants, the Four Nations Alliance, who are also hostile towards the Abh. Jinto and Lafiel must work together to complete their mission and defend themselves against the planet's military forces.

As the episode ends, Jinto and Lafiel share a moment where they discuss their feelings towards each other and their place in the universe. They both struggle with identity and acceptance, but find solace in their mutual companionship and support for each other.
