This is an anime series that premiered in Japan in 2007. It is set in a small town located in a mountain region. Reality and the spirit world collide in the show. Three boys who live in the town have had experiences since they were children. They seem to be only a few of the people who experience the strange occurrences in the city. There are ghosts and other paranormal sightings in the city, none of which can be explained. The boys decide to investigate the strange happenings as they enter the spirit realm. This is also called the Unseen World, and no one is supposed to go inside this world as it can be very dangerous. After they are granted the entrance needed to the world, they see things that no one else has seen, many things that are frightening. The traumas that the children experienced while they were younger are held in the world. As the boys relive their nightmares, they discover that friendship is above all.
