Long ago, two boys made wishes on a shooting star. One night in the student council room, Kusatsu thinks back on that day, and renews his oath of world domination. Meanwhile, the Earth Defense Club is holding one of its usual conversations about nothing in Kurotama Bath. Upon realizing that the old man who was bathing with them is actually a high school student, and start up a debate about what makes you look old. Just then, suddenly, a mysterious field envelops the school, and high school students begin changing to elementary school students. Before the Defense Club can even catch their bearings, an enemy appears in front of them!
