Degrassi Junior High Season 1 Episode 10 Smokescreen

Joey, being the ladies man he is, seems especially infatuated with a girl named Liz. During a party, he gets cozy with her and ends up smoking marijuana with Liz and some of her friends. Exciting moments soon turn disastrous as Joey's mother finds out he's been smoking marijuana and takes him for some strict disciplinary action. Meanwhile, Shane has a confab with his mother and admits he never really planned on going to college after high school. To his surprise, she's understanding and supportive. However, when he realizes himself he may have a love for music, he decides to join a band with fellow students. When one of his new band members urges Shane to take amphetamines to stay awake and practice, an eventual anxiety attack lands him in the hospital.
