Ep 2. One Hand is Enough

Devilman Crybaby is a Japanese anime television series that premiered on January 5, 2018 and is only available on Netflix. It is a dark, violent and suspenseful show that follows Akira Fudo, who possesses supernatural powers as the Devilman, as he tries to save humanity from being destroyed by demons.

The demon is called the Siren, and its powers lie in its voice, which has the power to destroy buildings and kill humans. Miki tells Akira that they need to be careful as this is a powerful demon.

As they approach the Siren, Miki tells Akira and Ryo to stay back and let her handle it. Miki attacks the Siren with her powerful punches, but the demon proves to be too strong. Miki gets injured, and Akira decides to step in and help her fight the demon.

At this point, Akira realizes that he is not strong enough to defeat the Siren on his own. He also realizes that he needs to fully embrace his powers as a Devilman if he wants to save the humanity. He decides to merge with the demon Amon, who has been living inside him, to become more powerful.

After merging with Amon, Akira transforms into a more powerful Devilman. He fights the Siren with all his strength and manages to kill it. Miki is impressed with Akira's strength and her faith in him is restored.

The episode ends with Akira and Ryo discussing their next plan of action. Ryo tells Akira that there is an even more powerful demon out there who has been causing destruction on a massive scale. He reveals that this particular demon is responsible for the deaths of several Devilmen. Ryo believes that they need to do everything in their power to bring down this demon, and he asks Akira to come with him to track down the demon's location.
