Ep 37. Wizardmon's Gift

When Tai and Agumon follow Mimi's trail, they accidentally end up in town but have a hard time getting around considering neither of them knows how to read. As luck would have it, they are soon saved from a group of Gazimon by the kind-hearted Wizardmon. The wizard takes them into his care and teaches them how to read and even offers to guide them to Mimi's location. When Tai and Agumon start to feel guilty about potentially putting Wizardmon in danger, the wizard gifts them with a whistle that he claims to be able to summon him in case of emergencies. As Tai and Agumon set out to find Mimi, they soon realize that the whistle means more than meets the eye. Meanwhile, the other DigiDestined are trying to locate Tai and Agumon and eventually stumble upon a strange mansion owned by a reclusive man who harbors a dark secret. As their paths cross, the truth behind Wizardmon's gift comes to light, leading to a chain of events that will change the fate of the Digital World forever.
