The first stop on Guy's food adventure is Bardo in Charlotte, North Carolina, where executive chef Michael Noll’s approach to cooking and food presentation is nothing short of an art form. Michael's dishes have turned the restaurant into a local favorite, and Guy can't wait to share them with his viewers.

Next up is the Frame in Hazel Park, Michigan. Run by chefs Jordan Whitmore and sous chef Ian Redmond, Frame is a farm-to-table restaurant that focuses on seasonal ingredients. The chefs have put together a 10-course tasting menu that includes dishes such as the Red Miso-Glazed Pork Belly and the Seared Scallops. Guy is impressed with the way the chefs play with flavors to create something unique and delicious.

The journey then takes us to New York City, where Chef Einat Admony's Balaboosta serves up Middle Eastern-inspired food that is both flavorful and comforting.
