Facts of Life Season 1 Episode 11 Running

Blair is training for the annual school race and is desperate to win. She practices tirelessly, but her nerves become more and more frayed as the day approaches. When her schoolmates mock her for being selfish and bratty, Blair finds herself unable to focus. Her self-esteem plummets even further when Jo, Tootie, and Natalie, who are unaware of her deteriorating self-confidence, seem to have better luck in their training than she does. Meanwhile, Mrs. Garrett tries to help Blair relax by setting up a special breakfast in bed and providing some calm words of encouragement. When the race finally comes around, Blair will have to dig deep to overcome the obstacles in her way and come out on top. Along the way, she learns valuable lessons about the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
