Blair is facing a crisis of confidence when she loses the election for student body president to a seemingly unremarkable classmate named Ronnie. Despite her initial irritation at Ronnie's victory, Blair begins to feel a gnawing sense of self-doubt and fear that she may not be the exceptional student and leader she always thought herself to be. Meanwhile, Tootie and Natalie are dealing with their own fears of the unknown after stumbling upon a mysterious locked room in the school basement that seems to be filled with all manner of strange and frightening objects.
