In season 3 episode 10 of FantomWorks, entitled Wet & Wild, the team at the shop is faced with three very different cars, each with their own set of challenges.
First up is a 1960 Chevrolet Corvette that has been sitting in storage for over 20 years. The owner, a retired coast guard pilot, wants to restore the car to its former glory in honor of his late wife, who used to love riding in it. However, as the team begins to work on the car, they quickly discover that it has been poorly modified over the years and will require a lot more work than they originally anticipated.
Next, the team takes on a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle that is in desperate need of some TLC. The owner, a single mother and self-proclaimed "Volkswagen nut," hopes to enjoy some fun in the sun with her daughter by fixing up the bug and taking it on some road trips. However, as they begin to work on the car, they discover that it has extensive rust damage and will require a complete overhaul.
Finally, the team tackles a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro that was purchased as a project car by a father and son duo. With dreams of restoring the car together, the pair quickly realized they were in over their heads and turned to FantomWorks for help. However, as the team begins to work on the car, they discover that it has been flooded in the past, causing extensive damage to the interior and electrical system.
As always, the team at FantomWorks is up for the challenge and works tirelessly to bring each car back to life. With their expertise and attention to detail, they are able to overcome each obstacle and deliver three beautiful, restored cars to their grateful owners.
Overall, Wet & Wild is a thrilling episode filled with surprises and heartwarming moments. It showcases the incredible skills of the team at FantomWorks and the passion they have for bringing old cars back to life.
