The third establishment is The Old Stables, located in Cambridge. Owned by mother and daughter duo, Jacqui and Katie, the Old Stables have four rooms on offer, each with their unique decor. Jacqui and Katie have gone the extra mile to accommodate their guests, including personal touches in the bedrooms and even homemade fruitcake on arrival. However, some of the guests are not impressed by the fact that they have to share bathrooms.

Finally, the group visits Broadoaks, located in Windermere, Lake District. This grand Victorian country house is owned by Louise and Matthew, who have transformed it into an elegant and luxurious retreat. With ten rooms on offer, including a four-poster bed in the honeymoon suite, Broadoaks boasts fine dining options and stunning views of Windermere Lake. However, with all this luxury, the competitors discover some flaws, and not everyone agrees with the high price point.

As the week unfolds, the guests rate their experiences anonymously before revealing their scores to each other. The owners are left in suspense as they discover what their guests really thought of their establishments. In the end, there can only be one winner, but who will it be?
