Sonny isn't happy when Mac questions Hannah about him again. Mac is forced to release Sonny as there is no hard evidence against him. Emily leaves the tape with Tony's interview on in a vcr at the hospital and when Bobbie and Jerry get passionate in the room they end up being recorded on the tape. Later Emily retrieves her tape and gives it to Tony so that he can look over his interview. Hannah and Sonny split up.
