Carly worries that she is going into early labor. After being taken to the hospital with a head injury, Luke accuses his son of working against him. After Luke leaves the hospital, Tony informs Lucky that his life could be in danger. Nikolas insists to Stefan and Zander that he is love with Emily. Stefan urges Zander to try and get Emily back. Dobson denies to Skye and Ned that he is working for Alexis. Cameron gives Alexis one week to end her masquerade as Dobson.
