When Carly goes into labor early, Lorenzo agrees to land the plane and find a doctor. The doctor tells them that Carly needs to be taken a hospital and continues that if he doesn't perform a c-section, then Carly will die. Carly doesn’t want to have the c-section as it could mean losing the baby. Elizabeth explains how she feels about Ric to Courtney. Coutney is worried for Jason’s safety when he tells her that he and Sonny are going to try and rescue Carly. Elizabeth goes to see Ric at the safe house. Lydia kisses Lucky after Nikolas won’t make love to her and they are seen by Stefan. As they agree to go their separate ways, Nikolas and Emily say a sad goodbye. Nikolas tells Lydia that there is no way that he will be sleeping with her. Emily and Zander agree to give their relationship another try.
