Jason tells Sam that Sonny needs to know that she is pregnant. Sonny cancels a date with Sam to spend time with Carly and Michael. Sam witnesses Sonny spending time with his family. After he sees Emily with Sam's vitamins Jax realizes that Sam is pregnant. Nikolas accepts Lorenzo's job offer and has a flashback to his childhood. Mary worries that Lorenzo will blow apart her secret. Mac and Felicia give in and allow Georgie and Dillon to see each other.
