Sonny convinces Carly to take him back to Port Charles but they are both too proud to admit that they still love each other. When Carly takes Sonny to the hospital he collapses. Sam discovers that the hit man is her ex-boyfriend Nico and she tells Jason that she turned evidence against Nico in the past. Courtney sees a happy reunion between Jax and Lois. Lois is shocked to learn that Courtney is Sonny's sister and the two of them get along well. Ned tells Jax that he hopes to convince Lois to return to L&B and stay in Port Charles with their daughter.
