Courtney leaves after ending up agreeing with Lucky. Nikolas learns from Monica that Emily has been working extra shifts so she can avoid seeing him. Emily is confronted by Nikolas. Nikolas thinks their marriage is finished. Nikolas ends up kissing Courtney. John's offer is turned down by Lucky. Ric and Reese are relieved to know that Alexis doesn't know they once slept together. Alexis wants to join Ric and Reese's law firm.
