It is revealed that Manny is the one who shot Sam. Jason learns that Sam may need an operation which will prevent her from ever getting pregnant again. After Carly assumes that Sonny tried to kill Jason, she is determined to keep the children away from him. Jason threatens Sonny. Robert discovers Luke tied to a bed where Holly left him. Later, Luke finds Holly in a hotel room but Robert is waiting there as well. Robert points a gun at them. Skye wonders if she can trust Lorenzo.
