Ep 8. Demon Mine

In the eighth episode of Ghost Loop season 1 titled "Demon Mine," the team of paranormal investigators travel to a small town in Colorado where a family has been experiencing demonic activity. The family believes that their home is built on an old mine that might have a connection to the dark presence haunting them.

As the team arrives, they meet the family and hear their terrifying stories of the demonic figure they have seen lurking in their home. They also discover that the mother has been experiencing tormenting nightmares, and her children have been too afraid to sleep in their own rooms. This family is in dire need of help, and the team is determined to find a way to bring them peace.

The first thing the team does is set up their standard investigation equipment, including motion sensors, cameras, and EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) recorders. They then split into two teams, one to investigate the outside of the property and the other to investigate the inside.

The team outside discovers evidence of an old mine shaft leading straight to the family's backyard. They also find remnants of old mining equipment, including carts and pickaxes. As they investigate further, they start to feel uneasy, and they begin to hear strange whispers and footsteps coming from the darkness of the mine.

Meanwhile, the team inside the house begins to experience strange activity right from the start. The team leader, Matt, senses a presence in the room and feels a cold breeze pass him by. Soon, all the team members start seeing shadow figures and hearing growls coming from empty rooms.

The team leader decides to take a risk and calls out to the demon, asking it to show itself. To everyone's surprise, the demon does exactly that, throwing furniture around the room and knocking one of the investigators off her feet. The team realizes they are dealing with a more powerful entity than they thought, and they have to come up with a new plan.

The team decides to use a technique called psychometry, which involves touching an object to gather information about its history. They feel that this might be the key to understanding the history of the mine and why the demon is there. They discover that several miners died in a cave-in back in the early 1900s, and they think that the demon might be connected to the tragedy.

The team then calls in a demonologist to analyze the evidence they've gathered. After a long discussion, the demonologist confirms their suspicions and reveals that the demon is a powerful and malevolent entity with ancient ties to the mine.

The team decides to perform a cleansing ritual to banish the demon from the property. They form a circle and begin to chant and pray, calling on the spirits to help them in their mission. Surprisingly, the ritual seems to be working, as the demonic activity begins to lessen, and the family finally feels some peace in their own home.

At the end of the episode, the team returns to check on the family and discovers that the cleansing ritual has succeeded, and the family is no longer experiencing any paranormal activity in their home. They are grateful to the team for helping them, and the team is happy to have brought some peace to a family that had been living in fear for so long.
