Ep 23. Diamonds Are an Ape's Best Friend

The show Gilligan's Island follows the wacky adventures of a group of castaways stranded on a deserted island after their boat, the S.S. Minnow, is shipwrecked. In season 1, episode 23, titled "Diamonds Are an Ape's Best Friend," the castaways' hopes are lifted as they spot a plane flying overhead. As the episode comes to a close, the castaways are able to retrieve the diamonds and Judy is returned to her natural habitat. The experience brings the castaways closer together and they celebrate their victory with a big party.
