Episode 156 - It Takes a Bit of Courage to Enter a Street Vendor's Stand:

In this episode of Gintama, the gang is in the midst of another wacky adventure. A new street vendor has set up shop in Edo and everyone is excited to try his food. However, when they arrive, they discover that the vendor is intimidating and refuses to serve anyone who doesn't meet his standards.

The gang decides to try and earn the vendor's respect by completing a series of challenges, which are incredibly difficult and bizarre. However, despite their best efforts, they can't seem to impress the vendor and are eventually kicked out of the stand.

Feeling defeated, the gang is ready to give up, but then they notice a small child trying to buy some food from the vendor. The child is clearly nervous, and the vendor is being incredibly tough on him. Seeing this, Gintoki steps in to defend the child and challenge the vendor once again.

In a surprising twist, the vendor reveals that his tough demeanor was just a front to weed out the weak customers. He agrees to serve the gang and the child, and everyone enjoys a delicious meal together.

This episode is full of classic Gintama humor and moments of heartwarming camaraderie. It's a great stand-alone episode that showcases the strengths of the show's characters and their willingness to stand up for what is right.
