Ep 7. The Graboid

In episode 7 of Gold Rush: White Water season 1, titled "The Graboid," the team continues to face challenges as they search for gold in the remote wilderness of Alaska. With only a few weeks left in the mining season, the pressure is on to find enough gold to make the effort worthwhile.

While this approach can be slower than traditional mining, it allows them to target specific areas that may hold a higher concentration of gold.

As they work, the crew encounters various challenges, including heavy rain, cold temperatures, and fast-moving currents. Despite these obstacles, they remain determined to find enough gold to make their operation a success.

In addition to their mining efforts, the crew also faces a wildlife encounter that puts them on edge. While working in a remote area, they come across evidence of a large predator that has been digging into the riverbank. With no idea what kind of animal they're dealing with, they take extra precautions to ensure their safety.
