Ep 14. Never Trust a Little Old Lady

Oliver and Lisa Douglas are in for a surprise when they meet their new neighbor, Mrs. Osterloh. The cheerful little old lady seems kind and friendly enough at first, but the Douglases soon learn that appearances can be deceiving.

As Mrs. Osterloh begins to worm her way into their lives, Oliver and Lisa can't help but feel uneasy. Her constant meddling and suspicious behavior leave them wondering what she's really up to. Meanwhile, Eb is convinced that Mrs. Osterloh is a witch who's out to get him.

In an attempt to get to the bottom of things, Oliver and Lisa decide to do some investigating of their own.
