Gundam Seed Destiny Season 1 Episode 7 Land of Confusion

After disrupting Lacus Clyne's concert, the Earth Alliance decides to use this event as propaganda to sway the public towards their cause. Meanwhile, a group of Coordinators, led by Chairman Gilbert Durandal, arrives at the PLANTs to discuss the future of the Coordinators and their role in society. However, tensions rise when Durandal declares that he plans to use the Destiny Gundam as a symbol of their strength.

Elsewhere, Athrun Zala meets with Chairman Durandal to discuss his future in the military. Durandal offers Athrun a position as a diplomat, which Athrun initially declines. However, after getting into an argument with his former ally Shinn Asuka, Athrun decides to accept the offer and leaves the military.

Back at the Archangel, the crew receives a transmission from Lacus Clyne, who offers to provide them with information on the Destiny Gundam in exchange for their help in protecting her from the Earth Alliance. Kira and the others agree to help, and they set off for Orb to meet with Lacus.

As they travel towards Orb, Athrun encounters the Zala team, who have been assigned to destroy the Archangel. He tries to reason with them, but they refuse to listen and attack the ship. The Archangel manages to fend off the attack, but not without sustaining damage.

Finally arriving in Orb, Kira and the others meet with Lacus Clyne and receive the information on the Destiny Gundam. However, before they can leave, they are confronted by a group of Earth Alliance soldiers, who are also after the information. A battle ensues, but the Archangel manages to escape with the help of Athrun Zala, who has now defected from the Earth Alliance.

As the episode comes to a close, tensions between the Earth Alliance and the Coordinators continue to rise, and it becomes clear that a full-scale war may be inevitable. Kira and the others must now decide their next move as they find themselves caught in the middle of this conflict.
