She also deals with a visiting journalist, who threatens to write a negative review of the hotel if Anna doesn't give her special treatment.
The episode also introduces us to the hotel's kitchen staff, led by the head chef, Otto Clark, played by Martin Marquez. Otto is a demanding and perfectionist chef, who expects his staff to maintain the highest standards in the kitchen. One of his sous chefs, Ben Trueman, played by Michael Obiora, struggles to keep up with Otto's expectations and soon finds himself in trouble.
As the day progresses, the hotel staff are faced with a number of challenges, from a missing dog to a chaotic wedding reception. The hotel also receives a surprise visit from a group of celebrity guests, including pop star Mika, who expect nothing but the best from their stay at Hotel Babylon.
Throughout the episode, viewers get a glimpse of the inner workings of a luxury hotel, as well as the challenges and pressures faced by the hotel staff. We see the hotel staff go to great lengths to meet the demands of their demanding guests, while also dealing with their own personal lives and relationships.
