Ep 5. Got a Pen Pal

On the day of the trial, Jennifer met George in the bathroom and handed him the gun. As they attempted to escape, Jennifer shot a guard and George was able to break free. They ran to a waiting car, driven by Jennifer's accomplice.

The trio went on a high-speed chase, with police hot on their tail. Eventually, they were cornered in a remote area, and a shootout ensued. Both Jennifer and George were injured, and George was captured.

Jennifer managed to escape and went on the run, changing her appearance and identity. She traveled across the country, making her way to Canada, where she was eventually caught by the police. She was charged with murder and sentenced to life in prison.

This episode of I Almost Got Away with It tells the story of a woman who was willing to risk everything for love, leading her down a destructive path that ultimately ended in tragedy.
