Ishida & Asakura is about the story of two high school students named Ishida, who is cold and serious, as well as Asakura, who is poisonous and lecherous. Throughout their story, they encounter several crazy and strange teachers and students who all have weird habits in their school. Both girls may be best friends, but their personalities and goals are completely different from one another. Asakura loves big and beautiful women, and hopes to become a teacher only so he can be surrounded by beautiful girls for the whole day. However, Ishida's goal is to run his own flower shop with his friend Asakura. As soon as their graduate high school, Ishida and Asakura begin to develop strong, romantic feelings for each other.
