Judge Judy Season 21 Episode 96 Don't Fence Me In!; Sister, I Don't Believe You!; Mess or No Mess?!

  • January 5, 2017

In Judge Judy season 21 episode 96, viewers are in for three different cases in which the plaintiffs and defendants bring to light their disagreements. In the first case, "Don't Fence Me In!", a man claims that his neighbor has an overgrown tree that is damaging his property. The man says that he has repeatedly asked his neighbor to trim the tree, but to no avail. The neighbor says that she is willing to fix whatever damage the tree has caused, but otherwise does not want to be bothered. Judge Judy must decide whether the man is entitled to compensation for the damage or if the neighbor is within her rights to refuse to trim the tree.

In the second case, "Sister, I Don't Believe You!", a woman claims that her sister borrowed her car and damaged it. The sister says that she did not cause the damage and that it was already there when she borrowed the car. However, the plaintiff says that the damage was definitely not there before her sister took the car. Judge Judy must determine who is telling the truth and who should be responsible for the damage.

In the third case, "Mess or No Mess?!", a landlord accuses his tenant of leaving the apartment in an unclean condition. The tenant argues that he left the apartment in good shape and that the landlord is simply trying to keep his security deposit. The landlord says that the apartment was filthy and that he had to hire a cleaning crew to get it back to its original condition. Judge Judy must weigh the evidence and determine whether the tenant is responsible for the mess or if the landlord is simply being overzealous.

Throughout the episode, Judge Judy uses her signature wit and no-nonsense approach to get to the heart of each case. She asks tough questions and demands clear answers, all while keeping the proceedings entertaining for viewers at home. By the time each case is over, viewers will feel like they've gained insight into the legal process and have a better understanding of what it takes to win a case in small claims court.
