Of course, what is a seafood episode without the iconic fish and chips? Sam’s recipe for this English classic is simple, with a crispy and golden crust coating the moist and flaky fish inside. Sam shares his tricks on how to keep the fish oil-free and not chewy, and less greasy than the traditional chip-shop version.

Our host, Sam, doesn't want us to forget about the unique flavors that seafood can offer, so he brings in a new sushi-roll recipe. Sam takes a break from traditional sushi rolls and introduces a California Roll with Shrimp version for his viewers. This roll has a tasty filling that features shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and Surimi – a delectable Japanese treat. Sam provides a superb tutorial of sushi-rolling and masterfully combines ingredients to roll perfect and yummy sushi rolls.

For his final dish of the episode, Sam prepares gorgeous buttered lobster tails. Sam cuts off the shell and serves buttered lobster tails with a fancy garlic butter. He cooks the lobster tails perfectly and provides some tips on buying fresh seafood wherever you may be located.
