Meanwhile, the cargo security agent, who had warned Yolanda, is killed by the cartel's enforcer, Dave. Yolanda is thrown into a cell alongside a woman named Zulima, who is also working for the Cartel under duress, and the two bond as they share their stories.

In the meantime, Yolanda's family is worried sick about her. John Lucio's men have threatened them and are using them as leverage to coerce Yolanda. Her father, an ex-pilot, reaches out to his former student, John, to plead for his daughter's safety. John agrees to help, and he, along with two other pilots, sneak into the jail to break her out.

The group successfully manage to rescue Yolanda and Zulima and take them to safety. Yolanda is filled with gratitude towards John and requests him to let her continue flying for the Cartel. He agrees, but warns her that her past mistake has put her on thin ice.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger with Oscar, the suspicious passenger, revealing himself to be an undercover DEA agent and vowing to bring the Cartel down.

Enemigos Nuevos takes the narrative of La Piloto forward, establishing Yolanda as a fierce and determined protagonist who is ready to take risks to achieve her dreams. While the show has all the elements of a typical crime drama, it stands out due to the unique setting of the aviation industry.
