Ep 15. The Fixer

Mike Baxter, played by Tim Allen, is back in Last Man Standing season 6 episode 15, entitled The Fixer. The show follows the lives of the Baxter family, with Mike being the central figure. He runs his outdoor sporting goods store, Outdoor Man, and is surrounded by his wife, three daughters, son-in-law, and grandson. In this episode, Mike finds himself in a spot of bother when he hires a taxidermist to create a stuffed animal for his store.

Mike's intention was to have a unique item to display in his store, and he received the recommendation from his good friend, Joe. However, when the taxidermist arrives at Outdoor Man, things start to go wrong quickly. Mike realizes that he has been scammed when the so-called taxidermist takes the deposit for the work and leaves. Mike is beside himself with anger and frustration, and he lets Joe know about it. Joe is quick to offer to help, mentioning that he knows someone who can assist in "fixing the situation."

With Joe's help, Mike is introduced to his fixer, played by guest star, Jonathan Adams. His fixer is a smooth-talking and charismatic man who appears to have the solution to all of Mike's problems. However, Mike is wary of his new friend's intentions and his ability to get him out of his predicament. He knows that he has to be cautious, but he may have no other choice.

Meanwhile, Kristin, played by actress Amanda Fuller, finds herself in a difficult situation at home. She and her husband, Ryan, are struggling to get some alone time while raising their young son, Boyd. Kristin's mother, played by actress Nancy Travis, offers to watch the baby while they go out for the evening. However, things do not go according to plan when Kristin's mother has a medical emergency just before they are due to leave.

Mike's Fixer proves to be an instant hit with the family, and he is quickly enlisted to help with Kristin's mother's medical emergency. The Fixer proves to be a master of improvisation, and he is able to help Kristin and Ryan get some alone time while also providing medical assistance to their mother. However, as the evening goes on, Mike becomes more and more suspicious of the Fixer's intentions.

Throughout the episode, tensions mount as Mike and the rest of the family try to figure out who the Fixer really is and what his ultimate plan is. As the episode progresses, it becomes clear that the Fixer is not just there to help Mike with his taxidermy problem. He has other motives that could put the entire family in danger.

The Fixer is an exciting episode full of suspense and drama. It is a testament to the talented actors and actresses who make up the cast of Last Man Standing. Tim Allen is always entertaining in his role as Mike Baxter, and his chemistry with the rest of the cast is fantastic. Amanda Fuller and Nancy Travis also deliver excellent performances in the scenes they share.

All in all, The Fixer is an excellent episode of Last Man Standing that fans of the show will not want to miss. The dynamic between the Baxter family and their latest guest star keeps the audience engaged from beginning to end. It is sure to be one of the most memorable episodes of the season.
